What You'll Do
- Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them effectively to technicians
- Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and present recommendations confidently
- Create accurate repair estimates using Mitchell
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
- Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts suppliers
- Help technicians stay productive by ensuring approvals and parts are obtained quickly
- Schedule appointments and manage shop capacity
- Maintain detailed and accurate records
- Track and monitor personal performance metrics and shop KPIs
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Experience Preferred
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience with Mitchell Manager SE / Mitchell OnDemand
- Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Understanding of automotive maintenance and repair terminology
- Ability to explain vehicle repairs in simple terms customers can understand
- Experience tracking sales and performance metrics
